am back from acsi. wings was held there. its like so shit? over at the track was so cramped up. u can always see ppl walkin along lane 8 cos there isnt much space ard.
did 400m today on lane 8,and its under 17 k. so its like, ran with those b' div guys. they're fast. i did like a 57 plus. rather bad. met lots of friends there, looks like everyone is doing fine and getting ready to burn the tracks during the nationals.
thought of going to town after the race but nah. was feeling tired and need rest for the 4x400 tmr. i havent started touching my hols hwk yet, think its just abt time for me to get started.
