just reach home. arrghh, really tired. was at acsi just now, had 4x400m. was erm, not too good? st pats top the heat. we lost to acsi 'c' div boys. nearly got them k. we could have got them if shawn lee ran. damn him la, complain wat muscle pain. no choice. hua qun has to run. he's sec 1 only.
did the second leg. if only hua qun was faster. acsi first leg was at least 2 sec faster than hua qun? shit la, i nearly got that bary lai k! we were third in our heats. that st pats freak team was damn bloody fast. all of them did at least a 56sec? some even faster. ya la, they b boys wat.
did ard 56sec plus today. mr khoo timed us. so isnt really that accurate. tmr still have trng. alright man, time to get ready for the nats den. its gonna be really exciting.
