havent been blogging for long. had nats and was really busy with the runs. 400m hurdles has been completed and now am left with only 400m and 4x400.

whee! haha, i love today! had 400m hurdles. got to race with barry lai and that is perhaps the last time im ever running with him. he's going to quit track after this nats, oh well, it has been a pleasure racing with u! i got 2nd! yay! 1st and 3rd all sports sch guy. did a 62.59, my pb. i thank god for giving me the strength and seeing me through this. oh yeah.
after the run, took the medal and cab home with zw. had to attend some pri sch thing together with her. its the 10th aniversary of the pri sch and was invited back. the little kids perform and after that was just dinner. there were many things to eat but didnt eat much.
went down to town to meet up with dawn, corn and jy. haha yay, back together. '323013'
