nats officially starts today!
had 4x400m today. event was the last heat of the day, so u can imagine how late it was. hansen was down today, due to groin injury too! so, victor had to take over. overall, did 3min 51 sec. we definitely could have gone faster. kenrick didnt do well, and i beleive shawn and i can cut down a bit more. nvm la, good run everyone! rest well! so ya, qualified for the finals as the 5th qualifier.
i myself did a low 56, was feeling great during the run. haha, but.. im aching all over now! leg pain, wasit pain, back pain! wahhaa! if hansen doesnt get better, will have to do 4x100m tmr, but i dun tink i will wanna run lor. need rest. ahha. but dun care, the same recess chao, skip lessons again! whee!
oh ya! my no. tag is 203! rocks rite! many runners have improve a lot. im there like WOW.after the race, cool down and went to eat with dawn, rena, jy, stella and sam. went back home after that.
